18.How College Students Can Save Money Abroad in US:

 
Many Students think that Tuition Fees are the main expenses that they incur when they go for their MS or PhD to the USA. But apart from their Tuition Fees, the other major expenses that a Student incurs while in the US are Rent, Transportation, Food, Text Books and Entertainment. This Infographic which I am sharing below will focus on each of these factors and also suggest some tips on saving your money. A Survey conducted in the Universities showed that 92% of students feel saving more money in College is a priority.

Preparing a Budget: -

Every Student might have seen his/her parents writing down the expenses that they have/will incur in a month/week. This has to be followed by the Students too when they live alone in the US. My Suggestion would be that you can create a Excel File in which you note down the expenses that you incur on a day-to-day/week basis to keep tap of the amount of money spent. Budgeting is very important to keep yourself in check with respect to the expenses.
